Remember & Celebrate

This year, Remember and Celebrate will not be taking place as usual. We recognize the meaning that this event has for members of the Hospice Toronto community, and we are dedicated to ensuring that the tradition continues for years to come.

Over the next few months, we will work on developing an event format that will allow us to remember and celebrate in other ways. We would appreciate any feedback or thoughts on previous Remember and Celebrate events you have attended, and on your ideas for how this event can be improved upon for the future.
